Become a Certified Menstrual Cycle Coach
If you’re working with women and people who bleed, you have a powerful opportunity to create change in the lives of your clients by integrating menstrual cycle awareness into your professional skillset.
The online Cycle Coach School training and certification program is for people who know that there is power in the female body — and they want to share that knowing with the world.
There is something magic about the kinds of people who decide to train with us:
You are passionate about periods and find yourself talking about them at any opportunity.
You feel called to work with women and girls and or you already are.
You are intrigued by the many cycles that shape our lives — menstrual, lunar, seasonal, creative and cultural — and believe that cyclic wisdom can support us to live a more fulfilling life.
You’re eager to understand Menstruality across life’s seasons — menarche, the cycling years, perimenopause and post-menopause — and to guide others in meeting each transition with self-trust and awareness.
You love the idea of bridging the gap on menstrual cycle education and want to be apart of that movement
You want to see cyclical intelligence at the centre of wellbeing and leadership.
You’ve been on a personal journey with your menstrual cycle and want to support others on their path towards greater acceptance and inner power.
You dream of finding a supportive community of like-minded peers who, like you, see the menstrual cycle as the gift it can be.
What is a Cycle Coach?
As a Cycle Coach, you’re supporting clients to tune into their Menstruality; to work with their cyclic nature, rather than against it.
Your role blends coach, educator and compassionate space-holder. Sometimes you offer practical tools and menstrual education; other times, you simply hold space for reflection.
Cycle Coaching is both personal and cultural work. You’re helping individuals transform their relationship with their body and contributing to a collective shift toward cyclical living.
Cycle Coaches bring this framework into many settings: one-to-one sessions, group programs, circles, classrooms, creative projects, workplaces, businesses and leadership roles. It’s big, beautiful and important work. And when you hear the call to it, you’ll know.

A Note From our Founder
In the past decade I’ve worked with 1:1 hundreds of women as they’ve become the authority in their own lives. The ‘secret’ behind this training is that we are doing so much more than teaching someone how to chart their menstrual cycle. That’s the first step, but beyond that is where we find the gold. By recognising one’s true nature and living in greater congruence with those trusted observations, I’ve seen women create interior worlds ripe with self-acceptance, sovereignty, safety, confidence, and a transformative sense of belonging to themselves. No more feeling perpetually unsure: a menstrually-embodied being has been mindfully and consistently charting, observing, listening, tweaking, cooperating and making behavioural changes to take care of their changing physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, sexual, social and creative needs.
This builds something VERY powerful. And this is what you have been called to do: to help other women who bleed erect this infrastructure in their lives, so they too can experience the magic of knowing, accepting, celebrating and belonging to themselves. I’m so glad you’re here. Considering Cycle Coach School and have some questions? Get in touch. We’d be happy to chat with you.

The
Curriculum
Here’s an overview of what you’ll be learning:
-
Upon enrolment, you’ll receive a Preparation Pack with a suggested study rhythm, readings and practices to help you connect with your own menstrual cycle awareness practice and set clear intentions for your selfstudy journey. Access your private student portal, explore the course layout and, once open, join the Telegram space to meet others beginning alongside you.
-
→ Foundations of menstrual cycle awareness: personal, embodied, theoretical.
This opening module introduces Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA) as both a personal practice and a professional framework. You’ll explore the biological and energetic rhythms of the menstrual cycle and the four key frameworks we use to interpret it — seasonal, elemental, archetypal and lunar.
Together, these provide a holistic foundation for understanding cyclical living and guiding others toward greater wellbeing, belonging and empowerment.
-
→ The art of teaching, charting and applying MCA in coaching and facilitation.
This practical module focuses on the art and skill of holding space for others. You’ll learn how to guide clients in developing their own menstrual cycle awareness practice through effective charting methods, frameworks, embodied coaching tools and wellbeing assessments.
We explore both the technical and emotional dimensions of Cycle Coaching, from understanding ovulation and hormonal shifts to working compassionately with menstrual joys, shadows and everything in between.
-
→ Developing the practical coaching and communication skills to hold space with confidence and facilitate meaningful change.
This module focuses on the practical skills and frameworks that bring Cycle Coaching to life. You’ll learn how to structure sessions, ask powerful questions and inspire change in your clients’ lives. We explore communication tools like OARS, the Coaching Triad Model and approaches to program design that help you feel confident supporting clients through their cyclical journey.
-
→ Integrate your learning and embody the confidence to guide clients through every season of their cyclical lives.
In this final module, you’ll explore a wide range of client scenarios and life stages that you may encounter. You’ll deepen your capacity to support clients through transitions, from pregnancy and postpartum to perimenopause and beyond. We’ll also focus on maintaining your wellbeing as a facilitator, strengthening your coaching confidence and cultivating sustainable professional practices to support your work long-term.
-
The Cycle Coach assessment and certification process is an optional pathway designed to evaluate understandings of the core Cycle Coach principles and methodology as well as give trainees an opportunity to practice, demonstrate and reflect upon their skills as a facilitator.
The assessment includes theory questions, case studies, practical assessments and personal reflections.
Upon completion and a 'pass', you'll be eligible to receive your Cycle Coach certificate and apply for global recognition through the International Institute for Complementary Therapies (IICT) or the International Practitioners for Holistic Medicine (IPHM) as a Menstrual Cycle Coach for professional membership and insurance purposes.
You will also be featured on our Cycle Coach School directory.
